1. Seed Certification & Indian Seeds Act 1966

All seed varieties supplied by VPL Agro Pvt. Ltd. conform strictly to truthfully labeled standards of physical purity, genetic vigour, and germination quality under testing protocols prescribed by the Indian Seeds Act 1966 and Seeds Rules 1968.

2. Agronomic Performance Disclaimer

Crop performance, tillering, panicle filling, and final harvest yield depend heavily on agro-climatic conditions beyond human control, including but not limited to:

• Soil nutrient profiles, salinity, and pH balance
• Climatic variations, monsoon timing, drought, flood, or unseasonal hail
• Timely irrigation, nursery bed management, and transplanting depth
• Judicious adherence to recommended fertilizer dosages and pest/disease management (Package of Practices)

Consequently, while VPL Agro warrants seed germination and physical quality at the time of delivery, yield claims represent field-trial benchmarks and do not constitute an absolute financial guarantee.

3. Orders, Pricing & Dealership Terms

Prices listed online or quoted via official WhatsApp order sheets are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wholesale and dealership pricing is subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs) and credit terms agreed in the authorized distributor agreement.

4. Jurisdiction

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to certified seeds or business dealings with VPL Agro Pvt. Ltd. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Medak / Hyderabad, Telangana.
